How does pricing work?

You pay a flat €99/mo membership for full platform access — all 7 AI Engines, all channels, unlimited users. On top of that, you pay only for AI actions: each message sent, booking processed, upsell delivered, or check-in completed by an Engine. If an Engine doesn’t act — you don’t pay. No per-room fees, no per-seat licenses.

Can I try AVOX before committing?

Yes. We offer a 14-day pilot on your live property with real guest conversations. You’ll see exactly how the Engines perform with your data, your channels, and your PMS — not a sandbox demo.

What’s included in the setup?

We handle everything: PMS integration, channel connection (WhatsApp, email, Messenger, etc.), AI Engine configuration for your property’s specifics — room types, services, policies, tone of voice. Your team doesn’t need technical skills. Typical setup takes 1–2 weeks.

Which PMS systems do you integrate with?
